Dear Sir,
My name is Jacques Chevallier and I am representing the Jason Floyd Golf Academy. We currently have three Academies running in Spain. Two in Madrid and one in Marbella in the so called "Costa Del Golf".
The Academy in Marbella is the first of its kind in Europe as it allows Junior golfers to combine both Academic and Athletics at the same time. They go to school in the morning at the International School which is a member of the International Baccalaureate Organisation and the European Counsel of International Schools. In the afternoon, the Juniors are coached by Jason Floyd and his Performance Team.
Born in England, Jason Floyd has coached players to victories on the European Tour, the European Challenge Tour and the Asian Tour. Having also worked with Ryder Cup Players and coached on the US PGA Tour Jason’s experience is very extensive.
This is our third year and we have around 25 Juniors golfers from different european countries. Michael Campbell'son joined this year along with Miguel Angel Jimenez's son as well. I understand parents usually choose to send their kids to the USA. Do you believe they could be interested in sending their kids to Europe to combine both studies and golf at the same time?

REDUCTION of monthly subscriptionS for honorable members

1.             Greetings from Kurmitola Golf Club (KGC).  The KGC authority is pleased to announce 33% reduction of existing monthly subscriptions of honorable members.  With a view to raise funds for the construction of a new club house complex the monthly subscriptions were increased with effect from February 2011.  Now that the idea of construction of a mega club house has been abandoned and decision being taken thereof to renovate the existing club house with some extension work to increase golfers facilities like change rooms, lockers, fresh rooms/toilets and widening the lobby area.  In this context the Executive Committee of KGC in its 38th meeting held on 03 February 2011 decided to change monthly subscriptions as of the previous rates from all the honorable members which will be effective from February 2011.  The category wise new (as of previous) rates of subscriptions are shown below:

ENHANCEMENT OF CADDIE/ BALL BOY FEES

Dear Fellow Members,

Assalamu Alaikum.
You will appreciate that prices of essentials have gone up over the years causing immense sufferings to the people of low income group. Our caddies and ball boys who fall in this category are facing serious difficulties to maintain their families with the meager amount they earn at KGC. Upward revision of their fees has become a dire necessity. It is for your kind information that their fee was last reviewed in February 2006.

The matter was discussed in the 38rd Executive Committee Meeting of KGC held on 03 Feb 2011 and a decision was taken to enhance their fees. The table below shows the existing and revised rates of caddie/ball boy fees:

The revised fees will be effective from 03 March 2011. May I request you to kindly oblige the club by accepting the increased caddie/ball boy fees graciously so that they can accompany us for a round of golf with a smiling face.
